The Verification Process for An Employer’s Terminating the Contract Relationship with Type II Foreigner Worker

The Government takes the verification process as below:
一 Within 7 to 10 days before departure of foreigner worker, fax the ‘Notification’ and confirm the verification date with the case undertaker of the government (Fax 03-5554694＆03-5520771)
二 The documents when verification: the certificate shall be submitted on site without any disputes
１． The original copy of notification (editions in different languages)
２．The original copy of certificate (download from the website)
３． The original and duplicate copies of passports and residency certificates of foreigner workers
４．The letter of attorney (authorize the agent when the employer cannot come for verification in person)
